We are beginning our Math unit on Fractions and Decimals starting tomorrow. Please continue having your child practice their multiplication flashcards. The first day of 5th grade they begin learning about fractions with unlike denominators and the more fluent they are with their facts the easier this will be. Also, they will not be able to use a multiplication table in 5th grade.
Miss Sabina from Farm2School came and taught us imporant things to look for on food labels. She also made a smoothie for us.
Tomorrow is a Late Start Wednesday.
Homework:
Reading - read 20 minutes
Spelling - repeated sort or 5 spellng word comic strip
Math - study flashcards
